We worked with Anna on selling our existing condo in Ocean Grove and buying our new ‘forever’ condo in Asbury Park.
Needless to say simultaneously buying and selling a home is complex and stressful and we never would have been able to manage it without Anna guiding us along the way. She was instrumental in identifying and optimizing our bid for the new place while at the same time coordinating the sale of existing condo. We were ultimately able to achieve our objectives of selling our existing place before closing on the new place. Anna was able to promptly identify and address all issues along the way to achieve our goals.
While we hope to remain in our new home for the foreseeable future, we would definitely use Anna again if the need arose.
